There is a great need for more entrepreneurs and existing training programs are not sufficient. Hence, the main focus of PEACE is on its Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development Program supporting entrepreneurs, startup ventures, and others who are a part of entrepreneurship initiatives. This program examines every phase of the new venture development process, from idea generation to successfully launching a business to the expansion of existing ventures. This program will also explore the role of academic institutions, businesses, governments, and foundations in assisting businesses.
PEACE acts as a central hub for aspiring entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs by providing a variety of services including generating economic growth for disadvantaged groups including women, minorities, unemployed, people with physical, intellectual and mental disabilities, disenfranchised, homeless, people with Post-traumatic stress disorder (PDSD), low-income groups, and students from poor families. PEACE also provides advisory services & networking with entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers, and intrapreneurs around the world and creates awareness regarding subsidies, opportunities, and assistance provided by government agencies and other organizations. Emerging entrepreneurs are provided guidance to raise capital through angel investors, grants, donations, funding agents, banks, and government agencies. Furthermore, assistance and training are provided to develop successful grant proposals to fund projects and create connections with successful entrepreneurs. Our website also provides access to self-help resources. Budding entrepreneurs will benefit from our business incubation consultation services, pitch deck, and exhibitions. Further support will be provided through assistance in the marketing of the products or services and in the development of custom-tailored business proposals, online blogs, websites etc.
There are far fewer opportunities for economic development worldwide for women than for men. In spite of the efforts taken by various entities to empower women, there is still a long way to go before we can confidently claim that there is gender equality in society. PEACE makes intentional efforts to empower women by providing opportunities to gain economic freedom through entrepreneurial training and creating awareness of the need for gender equality and empowerment of women. Furthermore, education and training programs to develop women’s mental and physical well-being are provided apart from welfare projects for women. This is achieved by engaging in creative services and sponsoring outreach programs.
What makes education pivotal? Education not only helps us to get a job and make our parents happy but as a result of a secure career, we can achieve financial security, stability, confidence, and self-dependence. Furthermore, education is a powerful tool that can make our dreams come true and plays a vital role in the growth of the economy. PEACE has identified education as foundational to a successful future and for this reason, offers its members a variety of educational initiatives on various subjects.
Educational initiatives are conducted through the use of workshops, lectures, seminars, and other online programs. PEACE strategically connects with educational institutions to provide support systems for needy students. It also maintains a network of international organizations committed to educating people around the world. Education in the following areas is provided.
3.a. Business Management
A theoretical perspective on varied business management subjects with case studies and practical examples will be offered. This will help prospective entrepreneurs and students to gain knowledge on the production process, marketing, finance, human resources, and other related subjects such as business partnerships, sub-contracting & outsourcing, applying organizational governance, tools, and resources, mentorship, and coaching.
3.b. Employability Skills Training
Programs to develop the participants’ personality and communication skills will be offered including courses on leadership, time management, acing interviews, effective communication skills, self-awareness, and stress management. Educational programs on improving communication skills will help students, adults, and immigrants who are poor in English.
3.c. Research
The process of learning never ends. Even after graduating from college, there are many ways to keep learning. This could involve taking certificate programs, participating in seminars or workshops, or just reading books, surfing the web, or listening to YouTube videos. Research helps a person explore and discover new findings in one’s field of interest. One can observe, evaluate, and interpret the responses of respondents and the data they provide while getting first-hand experience in data analysis procedures. Research can undoubtedly help anyone become an expert in their area of professional expertise and will enhance their team-working, leadership, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
PEACE conducts research, forms partners with researchers and research institutions, and trains researchers. Vulnerable groups that need assistance will be identified and partnered with researchers or institutions that have an interest in working with vulnerable groups (partnerships with other stakeholders). Moreover, PEACE conducts educational research and provides suggestions to policymakers, government agencies, and stakeholders. The research will be conducted on relevant topics including disadvantaged communities, developmental programs, women empowerment, mental health, and entrepreneurs. Researchers will benefit from our one-on-one training opportunities.
3.d. Spiritual Upliftment Programs
It is crucial in these last days to inspire people to become spiritual in order to preach the good news around the globe. It is not only the duty of the pastors to teach others but also the responsibility of every church member. Anyone who wants to proclaim the gospel but is unsure of how to do so may enroll in our missionary programs. In addition to theoretical theological content, experienced mentors will also offer practical training in the field. For those who want to learn more about the Scripture, Bible lessons will also be provided.
3.e. Healthy Lifestyle Program
With the goal to prepare healthcare providers to reach every corner of the world, participants are trained on healthy living including natural remedies, exercise, hydrotherapy, prevention of diseases, and nutrition. A WhatsApp group with over 300 members (and still growing) has been created to discuss various topics about how to live a healthy lifestyle.
